Promoting Enabling Environment for Digital Development was the overall theme of the Seventh Meeting of the UN ICT Task Force, held in Germany this November.

Following the format adopted during its Sixth Meeting, the first one-and-a-half day of the event consisted of a Global Forum where participants addressed issues on Enabling Environment.
