Accomodation
The Task Force secretariat has made a block reservation at the FITZPATRICK GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL - 141 East 44th Street (between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue). We were allocated 40 rooms - on a first-come, first--served basis - for the period 24 through 28 March 2004.
Guest room rates
For both single and double occupancies the rate is $159/per night, including taxes and Continental breakfast.
Reservation procedures
Please make your reservations directly with the hotel either by phone: + (1-212) 351 6870; by fax - +(1-212949 8969 - or by e-mail at dferdinand@fitzpatrickhotels.com. Please refer to "Linda Sanchez" to book the contracted rates.
Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card or other satisfactory deposit. Please include the following information when making your reservation: Type of credit card; name on the card; and expiry date.
There will be no charges if cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
